LaGrone served as Penn State University’s Artist-in-Residence in 1975. This image captures him presenting Provost McDermott with his sculpture, “Family.” LaGrone was an acclaimed sculptor, poet, teacher, and humanitarian who had a profound impact upon the Capitol Campus community.
